Package includes 50 Gildan G500 shirts with up to 2-color front and 2-color back screen printing. Sizes S–XL included. Extended sizes are additional. Taxes and shipping, if applicable, are additional. Final production begins after artwork approval.
Turnaround Guarantee Terms
The displayed ready-by date is an example assuming all production requirements are completed today. The actual 10–12 business day turnaround begins after full payment, final shirt color, final size breakdown, production-ready artwork and final proof approval are received.
The guarantee applies to the standard 50-shirt Gildan G500 package using supplier-available garments and covers the date the order is ready for pickup at First Brothers Print Shop. Shipping or delivery transit time is excluded.
Customer-requested changes after approval may restart or extend the timeline. Supplier backorders, unavailable sizes or colors, severe weather, carrier interruptions, force majeure and circumstances outside reasonable control are excluded.
If an otherwise qualifying order is not ready for pickup by the end of the 12th business day, the customer receives a $100 refund. The $100 refund is the sole remedy, and only one guarantee refund applies per qualifying order.
