The challenge: Produce and organize a high-volume apparel rollout while keeping every kit consistent across multiple company locations.
How we organized it: Apparel was produced to approved specifications, sorted into individual kits, packed by destination, and organized for distribution across the company’s location network
Outcome: More than 5,200 kits completed and shipped across 12+ locations.

How we organized it: Apparel was produced to approved specifications, sorted by warehouse destination, packed accordingly, and prepared for distribution across the participating locations.
Outcome: The Kaizen initiative order was completed and distributed across multiple Carhartt warehouse locations.

The challenge: Keep retail merchandise stocked through seasonal releases while maintaining consistent garments, artwork, and print quality across each production run.
How we organized it: Approved garment and artwork specifications were carried across repeat orders, allowing replenishment runs to move through proofing and production efficiently.
Outcome: Retail merchandise orders completed across three years of continued retail replenishment.
