Field workers, equipment operators, foremen, estimators and office staff may all represent the same construction company, but they do not necessarily need the same garment.
Thin polyester, heavyweight cotton, polos and hoodies do not all respond the same way to large prints, fine detail or heat. Large solid prints can sometimes feel hot on thin performance garments, so artwork and decoration should be planned around the shirt and its actual use.

The goal is not to put everyone in the cheapest available shirt. It is to build an apparel mix that works for the people wearing it while keeping the company identity consistent.
