Package includes 48 Gildan DryBlend shirts with up to 2-color front and 2-color back screen printing. Sizes S–XL included. Extended sizes are additional. New artwork is subject to review. Taxes and shipping, if applicable, are additional. Final production begins after artwork approval.
Turnaround Guarantee Terms
Eligibility / Clock Start
The ready-by date displayed on this page is calculated using the current date as an example and assumes all requirements to begin production are completed today. The customer's actual guaranteed ready-by date is determined when First Brothers Print Shop has received full payment, final shirt color and size breakdown, production-ready artwork and final proof approval. The 10–12 business day turnaround begins once those requirements are complete.
What the Guarantee Covers
The guarantee applies to the standard 48-shirt Workwear Package using garments available from our suppliers at the time of ordering. It covers the date the completed order is ready for pickup at First Brothers Print Shop; shipping or delivery transit time is not included.
Changes / Exceptions
Customer-requested artwork, garment, quantity, color or size changes after proof approval may restart or extend the production timeline. Supplier backorders, discontinued products, unavailable garment colors or sizes, severe weather, carrier interruptions, force majeure events and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of First Brothers Print Shop are excluded.
Refund
If an otherwise qualifying order is not ready for pickup by the end of the 12th business day, the customer is eligible for a $100 refund. The $100 refund is the sole remedy under the turnaround guarantee, does not constitute a full refund of the order, and is limited to one guarantee refund per qualifying order.
