Choosing a Printer
Detroit has many custom T-shirt printing options. The right fit depends on the order itself: quantity, garment, artwork, decoration method, deadline and quality expectations.
First Brothers produces apparel from its Trenton shop for businesses, organizations, events and brands throughout Detroit and Metro Detroit. We organize the garment, artwork and production requirements around the scale and purpose of each order.

What to Look For
01
Screen printing, embroidery and DTF serve different needs. The right setup should reflect the artwork, garment, quantity, use and budget.
02
Artwork should be prepared at the final production size, then shown on a clear digital proof for approval before the order runs.
03
The printer should be equipped to keep garments, colors, placements and finishing details consistent across the full order.
04
Order minimums should be stated early, and production timing should reflect the job requirements and current schedule.
Services & Capabilities
Screen printing is a strong fit for company shirts, employee apparel, workwear, hoodies, event merchandise and branded merchandise—especially when an order needs the same artwork reproduced across a larger run. It produces durable prints with strong color and consistent logo placement, and it becomes more economical as quantity increases.
Our Trenton production shop handles single- and multi-color artwork for Detroit and Metro Detroit orders. We plan the garment, ink colors, print locations and quantities together so a 24-piece first order or a larger repeat program has a clear production setup. Screen printing is one option within a broader apparel program; embroidery, DTF application, workwear, online stores and finishing are available when those methods better fit the garment or artwork.
